is this in the blog ?
you can set a blog to show all the posts with a particular tag from the settings in the blog function (tag="...")

* bemethavinci * Graham ok...let me break it down...i create a catergory ''MUSIC'' and i post 3 things which is related to ''MUSIC'' and when you click the ''MUSIC'' catergory...all post that was made about music will appear....do you understand now?

* Graham * bemethavinci Yeah you give the posts the tag "MUSIC" then you copy the tag link from the top of one of the posts and use that as your category link
OR
you can create a copy of your blog page called "MUSIC" and on that page set tag="MUSIC" in the blog function so that only the posts with that tag show on that page and all your category link needs to be is a simple link to that page

* Graham * bemethavinci there is no special code required you either just copy the tag link from a post
or you set the tag in the blog function on the copy of your blog page

* Graham * bemethavinci if you cannot just copy the link then click the tag and copy it from the address bar
note you do not get any comment counts on tag filtered results it's just not in the data
