AH-SID Right now I know the issue
From yesterday to protect users twig templates and translation files any folder that starts _xtgem_ is not accessible to other functions for including or downloading or viewing of the files outside of your login on the building tool
those folders should only be used to store twig templates or in the case of _xtgem_translations translation files
this is also to allow for other updates coming soon

Even I have got to go through some of my stuff and change things
