recently i could see many site admins are using a form for their user to get complaints each form will have a separate link and id (*ex: 006990480) help me on doing this wordpress allows this as premium feature to enable user to complaint or talk with admin this form registers user on particular site not in wordpress i know xtgem don't allow these us there any service online that allows users to submit their and stores the sent form in their database and i can reply that form?
