If html is allowed on the post you can use ordinary html image tags
If html is not allowed you use the [img] BBcode tag
You can also post images using the quickpost tool on the account page

If you mean show images in the 'post list' then you set that in the blog function 'post display' option from the building tool
or by html code editor display="4" (just image) or display="5" (image and description) in the blog function
