 Graham edubuilder I have copied the jcms.css and fb.css links to a new file called _headtags so that they are used on all your pages and in the correct order
I have disabled the fb.css links in your _header and _footer and the jcms.css link in your index as they are no longer required and in the wrong place any way
I cannot do anything else as you are linking to external css files

I have also corrected your facebook code in the header by adding <xt:url> to give the correct page address and added colorscheme=dark so that it will show up on dark pages
