And finally, you should be aware that formspree.io has a limitation of 1000 submissions per month, if you want to increase that cap they have some premium plans.

* VOLThor6 * TECRIDIBLE You have to confirm the email address that you provide. You will receive a confirmation email to that address. To send the confirmation email just submit the form once per page.
