Graham Ok thanks, i have 5 links in my horizontal menu, index.html, sell.html, buy.html, contact.html, news.html plz how can i make it in such a way dat if 4 instance the sell.html link is clicked, only it content wil load without loading the header nd footer...Thanks

Waplocus You can't just load the content of a html file
the html pages would need to be converted into javascript functions
and then inserted into the page's html
just like in the demo but bigger and probably very complicated
