Lordeagle Where are the counters actually updated?
all I can find are display1 types they do not increment the counter they just display it
you need the normal counters in the twig for the post to update them

Graham I know, but I mean that of the share count which is updated @ "/share/index" before the visitor is sent to the social site.

Lordeagle I think you are sending different urls to the total counter call parameter
