w3s is also one of the main the tutorial sites for bootstrap
Foundation bootstrap w3css or even just the standard xtgem template pick the one that suits your needs

bemethavinci w3 is a lot simpler and is pure css without any javascript so while it has less features it is more compatible with older devices and older versions of operamini and ucweb

Goodday webmasters,i am here to know the difference and best to choose between w3.css and bootstrap and which one is better to go for...in thence of making a website/blog....so which of them do you suggest is ok to you...because to me...i dont have any option to make because the both are good.
