Hello admin,
xtgem is not rotating ads very well as i would love to. I tried to run some buzzcity and adquity ads on my site, but the ads are not showing in my samsung phones, but for nokia phones all is well. I just want to know if this is xtgem's fault or the ads company. Thank you!

Osazeworld If the ads are showing okay on Nokia but not on Samsung phones, there are possibilities that this is the ad company's fault.
However, chances of XtGem parsing error are also explainable in this problem, though which quite impossible to occur.

TechnoSparks Yes techno. I have been observing this for a long time time. I think there is also a little fault on the part of xtgem. Most times non is shown when a page loads. Even my own ads.

I will ask the staff to review the xtgem xt:ad functions
But some may just be down to the ad companies not having inventory for particular countries or devices/browsers/ip addresses
Do you get ads using the direct javascript (if supplied by the agency)

Graham Using the buzzcity ads codes ads are displaying correctly. Using the xtgem ain't displaying at all using the same phone for observation.
pls do report the issue.
