The link will have the class "xt_exchange"
so style it in your css as
.xt_exchange { ... }
there is currently not any point in adding multiple blocks to a page as you get the same link
so the best place would be adding it once in either _header or _footer

The options and settings where you add your link are in
your sites panel menu on touch / mobile
or a popup from a link in the block on web
